John D. Stover, MD

Dr. Stover is a triple board certified oral/maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon serving the Big Island of Hawaii through offices in Kona, Waimea and Hilo. His board certifications are with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Stover founded the Cosmetic Centers of Hawaii in 2001 to provide expert oral, facial and cosmetic services to residents of Hawaii. Angelo Cuzalina, MD

Dr. Cuzalina is president-elect of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the leading professional medical society dedicated to patient safety and education in cosmetic surgery. He is a double board certified cosmetic surgeon who runs an active practice at the Oklahoma Cosmetic Surgery Center in addition to serving with Dr. Stover in Hawaii. Colin E. Bailey, MD

Dr. Bailey is double board certified in surgery and thoracic (chest) cardiovascular surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American College of Phlebology and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons. Dr. Bailey received his cardiovascular and thoracic surgery training at Indiana University and his general surgery residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Ms. CarMichael Walsh is a certified physician's assistant with experience in cardiothoracic surgery, internal medicine and dermatology. She is board certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Hawaii Association for Physician Assistants. Ms. CarMichael Walsh has a broad education in medicine, similar to a medical doctor. • Establishes and maintains mutual understanding and cooperation between the referring dentists and the practice
• Oversees and plans community events all over the island
• Plans and coordinates educational seminars for referring dentists

Zoe Johnson, Cosmetic Coordinator

• Oversees the consultation process for cosmetic care
• Assists cosmetic surgery patients from your first contact with our offices through your recovery
• Helps to ensure that the whole surgery experience is comfortable and enjoyable
