Getting Here

Welcome to the Big Island of Hawaii. The Hawaiian Islands are a 5-6 hour flight from the west coast of the US mainland. Many airlines offer direct flights to the Big Island, including Hawaiian Airlines, Aloha Airlines, United, Northwest, American and ATA. We have small but excellent airports in Kona and Hilo. There are many daily connecting flights from Honolulu to both airports. There is a small limited-service airport in Waimea offering daily commuter flights to Oahu and Maui.
